Let’s waste no more time and get into my detailed breakdown of the 6 best armwrestling tables for 2023!

Best Budget Table
Innolife Armwrestling Table
$269.99

This was the first armwrestling table I ever used and it does an exceptionally good job considering it's the cheapest option on the market. Absolutely perfect for beginners - you'll have no issues with quality.

After thinking about getting one of these for weeks, this exact table mysteriously turned up at my gym one day…

Immediately me and a friend jump on it and start pulling and I was shocked to see that it actually does an extremely good job overall.

Innolife Arm wrestling Table

(I’m not sure what the mask is all about either…)

But what I am sure about, after using this table for months now, is that this thing is solid.

Which is pretty surprising considering it’s basically the cheapest table you can buy off Amazon.

I’m 6’5″ and it feels a tiny bit lower to the ground than I’d like, but even vs a 120kg monster, we’ve had absolutely no problems with quality or durability.

This is THE ideal table if you’re a beginner.

Pros

Pros

  • Extremely affordable
  • Fantastic quality and durability
  • Perfect for beginners
Cons

Cons

  • Gets pretty sweaty/slippery quite quickly
  • Could be a little higher off the ground

Best Overall
Mazurenko Armwrestling Table

Mazurenko has been long regarded as the best in the business when it comes to professional grade armwrestling tables. The build quality here is as good as it gets; these things will last a lifetime!

When you think of ultra high quality armwrestling tables, the name Mazurenko comes to mind.

These are the tables used in most professional supermatch promotions including East vs. West, Zloty Tur, and WAL.

Mazurenko Arm Wrestling Table

When it comes to build quality, comfort, durability, and stability, nothing comes close to the feel of a Mazurenko table.

They’re pretty much perfect in every way.

And you can expect to pay a good chunk of coin for one of these ($680-$800ish), which is about twice the price of the Innolife table.

On top of that, they ship from Europe, so you’ll fork out a little extra for shipping to the US.

All that said, these things will last decades and are definitely a worthwhile investment if you’re running an armwrestling club or if you’re planning on using the table daily.

If you’ve got a couple of training partners, I’d recommend each chipping in and the cost will be much more stomachable.

Runner Up
Ezreal Standard Armwrestling Table

If you're looking for a jump up in quality from the basic Amazon table, Ezreal's Standard table is a fantastic, budget friendly option, and works great with their adjustable pulley system.

This is the table I personally use to train on.

It’s a bit better quality than the Innolife table and feels really nice to use, but is also a bit more expensive.

Ezreal Standard Armwrestling Table

I picked this table because Ezreal also have an adjustable table pulley system which is perfect for training at home alone.

We’ll discuss more about this pulley at the end of this article.

While the quality is solid overall, my table was missing a screw for the top of one of the handles and one of the pulley clamp handles was cracked… and Ezreal’s customer service is practically non-existent.

They’re extremely disorganized, will most likely take forever to ship your table, and then ship you 2 by mistake – super poorly run operation, and many other people have complained about the same thing.

That said, the table is solid and I use it happily every day.

Pros

Pros

  • Decent quality at a reasonable price point
  • Adjustable table pulley attaches easily for solo training
Cons

Cons

  • Terrible customer service
  • Some missing pieces

Also Great
Legacy Armwrestling Table

Legacy also offer quality, American made tables with plenty of customization options for a very affordable rate, making them a great mid-range option.

You might also want to check out the US based Legacy shop who build very affordable tables, in a huge range of different sizes, shapes, and colors.

Legacy Arm Wrestling Tables

Although I haven’t personally tried these tables, the reviews look fantastic.

They also build junior tables, half tables, and offer pulley systems, so you can get pretty much anything you need!

Pros

Pros

  • Quality builds manufactured in the USA
  • Huge variety of different sizes and customization options
  • Fair price
Cons

Cons

  • Single bolt elbow pads must be screwed into the table, making switching from lefty to righty a slow and impractical process.

Also Decent
Armbet Armwrestling Table

Devon Larratt's staking company Armbet are another decent option, although the quality could definitely be higher for the price point.

Armbet are also producing tables, though I’m not completely sold on them just yet.

Notably, they use string for the pin-line as opposed to pin pads, and the overall thickness and build quality isn’t as high as I’d like it to be for the price point.

There’s nothing wrong with this table at all, but I feel as though it’s priced slightly too high such that you’d be better off getting any of the above tables.

Pros

Pros

  • Decent enough quality
Cons

Cons

  • Expensive for what you get
  • String instead of pin pads

Best Table Pulley
Ezreal Adjustable Table Pulley

Every serious armwrestler needs their own table pulley system so they can train by themselves. The Ezreal pulley is by far the best system I've ever used and is the best option on the market.

Although this isn’t an armwrestling table, I thought it would be relevant to anyone in the market for an armwrestling table.

If you’re starting to take armwrestling training seriously, having a table pulley is a must – and an adjustable system is ideal as it allows you to hit a variety of different vectors.

Ezreal Adjustable Table Pulley

Ezreal have the best table pulley on the market, in my opinion.

It’s extremely well built and I’ve never had a single issue with it, and it’s relatively affordable also.

It should attach to most tables without issue, but it’s designed to bolt into either of Ezreal’s tables.

Pros

Pros

  • Fantastic quality
  • Affordable
Cons

Cons

  • I’ve got nothing bad to say about this pulley!

What’s The Verdict?

So to summarize, here are my official recommendations for a few different types of pullers…

BeginnersInnolive Armwrestling Table – This thing is perfect for your first table. I’ve personally used one for several months and don’t have a single complaint about it!

Professionals & ClubsMazurenko Armwrestling Table – If you’re on the table multiple times per week or if you’re holding regular practices, I’d recommend forking out the extra coin for a super solid build that will last a lifetime.

While each of the other options on this list are also solid, those are my two preferences as I think they’re the highest value for money.

As I gain more experience on other tables, I’ll update this article with my thoughts!
